Booking Instructions:
Above is the calendar to used to make your appointment. If you don't see the calendar above, or you prefer to open the calendar in a new browser, then you can put this address in a new window: https://calendar.app.google/wdMbyun3BmsoaYQa6.
Start by picking the date and time. The office is closed Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, so there are no time slots for those days. This calendar is generated by Google, so please check that your Google Calendar settings are for Pacific Standard Time (PST). If your Google settings are for a different time (other than PST), then you won't see the correct times that are available. For example, the correct available times for Wednesday and Thursday should show starting at 1pm with last appointment at 5:30pm, Friday starts at 1:30pm with last booking at 6pm, and Saturday starts at 2pm with last booking at 6:30pm. If you don't see a starting appointment, as I've just described, then it could be that your settings in Google need to be adjusted to PST. You can also check that you have the correct time booked by checking your confirmation email (see below at end of booking instructions).
After picking a date and time, then fill in your contact information with your name, email address, and phone number. This information is for Dr. Q and will not be shared with other parties. Make sure the date and time you picked is across the top under "In-Person Counseling". Once you have filled in the required spaces, then click the "Checkout and book" button. Fill in your credit card details, so that you can pay the booking fee of $40 (see below under Booking Fee). Press the pay button. If the booking was completed, then you will see the "Payment & booking confirmed" page. If you would like to book a 2-hour session, then repeat the process above by picking the consecutive time from the one you just booked. You will also receive a confirmation email of the date and time booked. As mentioned above, please check your confirmation email to make sure it has the correct date and time of your appointment.
Booking Fee, Cancellations, and Refunds:
A $40 booking fee is required in order to reserve your appointment. Please have your credit card information ready. If you have trouble paying or making an appointment online, then please call 714-905-9595. If this is your first appointment with Transforming Minds, then your appointment is free (this booking fee will be refunded to you when you arrive for your appointment). If you need to cancel your appointment, then a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice is required. When the office is closed, you may leave a voice-mail of your cancellation which will accurately record the date and time you called. When you provide this minimum cancellation notice, then you will receive a full refund (Transforming Minds will initiate this refund for you). On the other hand, if you cancel your appointment WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment time, then your $40 booking fee becomes a cancellation fee.
Balance Due:
After your free appointment, additional appointments will be a total of $100 for each 1-hour session. After paying the $40 booking fee, the balance due will be $60 ($100 - $40 Booking Fee = $60). This amount is expected at the end of each therapy session by cash, check, or credit card. If you choose to use your credit card, then a small service fee will be charged. To avoid paying this service fee, please have cash or check available at the time of your appointment.
Punctuality:
You don't have to arrive early for your appointment, but please be punctual. If you are late for any reason, you will only receive the remainder of your scheduled time. This is done in order to keep other appointments on schedule.
